OSS – service and network management
Supports the operator in network and service management. The module’s main role is control of hardware and service solutions and broadly understood provisioning. It integrates with the majority of vendor platforms on the market. It also enables verification of service availability in a given area and visualization of network topology.
SORT.SSO
SSO – single sign-on, full control
A single sign-on mechanism that provides secure access to every part of the platform. It simplifies the management of users, roles and permissions and allows SORT.B3S to be integrated with other systems.

SEC – security and oversight
The module supporting high-level security maintenance. It enables event analysis, risk assessment, and supports the organization in meeting system and data protection requirements.

SORT.B3S is built on a microservices architecture, which allows individual components to be developed and scaled independently. The platform uses modern integration interfaces (REST, AMQP) together with a BPMN process engine that enables the automation and optimization of business processes.

The system offers a clear, web-based interface with a 360° Customer View that provides quick access to sales, billing, and technical information. The interface can be tailored to user roles, which increases work efficiency and reduces errors.
