Graduate of the Faculty of Telecommunications, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering at the Bydgoszcz University of Technology, where he received his M.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering in 1984.
He has been active in the telecommunications industry in various roles since graduation. In 1994 he co-founded COMFORTEL, where he has served continuously as President of the Management Board and Technical Director since 2006.
His 18 years of experience in telecommunications also led to Polish construction qualifications in telecommunications design and site management, granted by the President of the Office of Telecommunications and Post Regulation in 2002.
To broaden his technical and management expertise, he completed postgraduate studies in Polish and European Company Law at the Warsaw School of Economics in 2002, followed by postgraduate studies in Modern Telecommunications Networks and Services at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków (Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science, and Telecommunications) in 2004.
Continuously learning, keeping pace with ICT, and taking an active part in new projects are his passions.
Outside work, he is a photography enthusiast and a fan of mountain hikes, cycling, and motorcycling.
Graduated with an M.Sc. from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Bydgoszcz University of Technology in 1983. She also completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology (2002) and postgraduate studies in Entrepreneurship and Business Management at the Humanitas University in Sosnowiec (2007).
She has also completed numerous trainings in strategic management methods and techniques, cost management, professional HR management, and personal data protection.
She has been with COMFORTEL since 2000. Since 2006 she has held the role of Finance and Administration Director. Between 2006 and 2014 she served as a Member of the Management Board, and since 2014 she has acted as a Standalone Commercial Proxy.
Her greatest passion is art history. Gaining knowledge from literature and confronting it with real works of art during her travels gives her real joy.
Started his professional career in 2000 and has been continuously associated with Comfortel since then.
He has been Head of the Telecommunications Systems Department since 2011. In line with his training, his focus is on electrical engineering, electronics, and digital control systems.
Thanks to experience gained working with top specialists in the telecommunications industry, he has built strong expertise in modern telecommunications systems.
Today he leads team management and the delivery of telecom projects. He actively supports sales by staying in direct contact with clients. At Comfortel he takes an active part in supporting clients across every stage of the journey. He is responsible for delivering telecommunications project contracts.
Outside work he enjoys travel, photography, and literary reportage.
Graduated in 2000 from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. He joined Comfortel in 2000 as a telecommunications equipment service engineer, and in 2004 moved into a role as designer-developer. Today he leads a software development department of more than ten engineers organised into several SCRUM teams.
He has participated in Fixed Price and Time & Material projects, mainly in BSS/OSS and MVNE/MVNO systems. He is also responsible for client relationships and supports the sales team on a daily basis in both sales and pre-sales activities.
He is responsible for recruitment and planning career paths for team members, and for motivating the team. He is unmatched in analysing requirements from RFPs (RFI/RFQ), gathering requirements, supporting business and systems analysis, building schedules, and estimating work.
Outside work, he is passionate about gardening, smart home systems, and mountain hiking.
Graduate of the Silesian University of Technology (2006), majoring in Computer Science with a specialisation in Databases, Networks, and Computer Systems. He has been active in the IT industry for over 25 years. His passion is solving problems in computer systems and networks of every kind.
From an early age he ran an amateur neighbourhood network, providing internet access to neighbours. This hands-on experience allowed him to explore the practical side of building, maintaining, and administering networks — and to learn first-hand how to solve the real problems users face.
Today he leads a small IT systems department, providing analytical and technical support. As a manager, he is responsible for pre-sales and post-sales support of our products. He remains closely involved in maintaining the company’s and clients’ hardware and network infrastructure. His knowledge, sharp insight, and analytical mind allow him to quickly resolve unusual issues, analyse requirements, and propose creative solutions.
He actively participates in the development and maintenance of BSS, OSS, and billing systems for fixed and mobile telephony.
Outside work: a DIY enthusiast, electronics hobbyist, and smart-home fan.
