Depending on the customer’s preferences, the IP PBX (VoIP) system can be based on open-source software, such as Asterisk or FreePBX, for which we provide full technical support for maintenance throughout the system’s operational life. For more discerning clients for whom reliability, business continuity and compliance with cybersecurity requirements (including the NIS2 Directive) are of paramount importance, we offer a commercial solution from the Swiss company Aarenet through our partnership agreement. This system is not only an IP PBX but also a multi-tenant carrier-grade system or a UCC (Unified Communications and Collaboration) system, essential for ensuring communication between employees in the office, when working from home or whilst travelling.
