Project title: SMART – a system for monitoring activity and optimising training
Project objectives: To develop an innovative SMART system for monitoring activity and optimising training, comprising:
- SMA-K kinetic activity monitoring system,
- SMA-X non-invasive physiological and movement monitoring system
- SMA-RT comprehensive activity monitoring and training optimisation system
The SMART project will result in a monitoring system designed to promote physical activity and streamline training, using a personalised algorithm to optimise safe physical exercise for the purposes of preventive healthcare.
